PAUL Lawrie today admitted the pressure is now on him to better his best year in almost a decade.
The Aberdeen golfer ended a nine-year wait for his sixth win on the European Tour with success in the Andalucia Open.
Lawrie also recorded second spot behind Spain?s Alvaro Quiros at the Dubai World Championship, which took his earnings for 2011 to ?975,609.
He said: ?It will mean applying more pressure on myself to perform at my best, but I thrive on that.?
